His expert knowledge was evident from the outset and it was a source of constant reassurance. I really felt his personal interest in helping me achieve this goal; almost like a fatherly care. With multiple properties and no funds and one multifamily that had no mortgage. That being said, my journey shopping for a mortgage started in begining of 2018 going to multiple banks and getting denied for a frustrating year and only option left is to sell. One day before putting the "sell" option on the table, i came across NYME online. They have great reviews but was still very skeptical bc of being denied multiple times with other banks.
Last month (Aug2021) I had my second closing with a great rate. It was a difficult situation and journey but NYME came through with their professionalism and knowledge. Now I'm working with them (NEW YORK MORTGAGE EXCHANGE) on other projects and recommending NYME to friends and family. Can't thank the team enough and dont know where i would be today without their assistance and knowledge. Thank you NYME!!!

I did not know where to start and had a lot of questions. I explained to them what my expectations were in terms of my financial needs, closing time and other particulars. From the very beginning they were very responsive, knowledgeable and straightforward. Eugene and Ted made themselves available to me at pretty much all the time via email, texts and phone. It was not an easy roller coaster. Eugene went above and beyond for me on this transaction. From pre-approval to closing I felt supported throughout the entire process. We were very nervous about our first purchase but the people at NYME made the process smooth and worry free. They explained to us everything we needed to know and gave us key advice in getting the best deal. We ended up getting a great rate and thanks to their post-purchase advice, our monthly mortgage is now half of what it would be if we were to rent the same apartment.
